Who sets my prices?
You do. You set every price in BBD, and we never discount your products without your OK.
Can I still sell on my own page and in my shop?
Yes. Keep selling everywhere you do now. We only ask that you don't advertise the same product for less than its Marketplace price.
How and when do I get paid?
Every Monday, for everything sold the week before, by bank transfer, FirstPay or BPWCCUL, with a statement of each sale.
What if something doesn't sell?
Each batch stays with us for 60 days. Then you can renew it, swap it for new stock, or collect it. Your products stay yours until they sell.
What about returns and damaged items?
We handle customer questions and returns. If an item is faulty because of the product, it comes back to you and the refund comes out of your next payout. If we damage something, we pay you for it.
Is Starter really free?
Yes. Starter has no monthly fee and needs no card. We take 15% of each sale, which covers card fees, checkout, order handling and customer care. You keep 85%.
Which plan should I pick?
Starter is perfect to try us out. Once you sell more than about $400 a month, Essentials works out cheaper (only 5% per sale), and Spotlight or Signature get your brand seen by more shoppers.
How does the free month work?
Your first month on any paid plan is free. When you join, you set up your monthly plan payment by card through PayPal's secure page, but nothing is charged until your second month starts. Change or cancel your plan anytime before then.
What is the 5% per sale for?
On paid plans, it covers the card and payment fees on your orders, so you never have to deal with them. Everything else from the sale is yours.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch anytime. The new plan starts from your next monthly payment.
What do I need to sign up?
Just the form on this page: your brand details, your plan and how you'd like to be paid. No account or password. Then WhatsApp us your product photos and prices. On a paid plan you'll also need a debit or credit card for PayPal (charged from month two).
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short consignment agreement you read and sign in the sign-up form on this page. Either of us can end it with 14 days' notice.
